Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, injection molding equipment and boilers.
  
  
• Preventative Care: Execute PM programs for plant equipment and forklifts (cleaning, lubricating, and oiling).
  
  
• Facilities Support: Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs; apply protective coatings/paint as needed.
  
  
• Production Support: Set up, remove, and store production molds; maintain and rebuild fill guns and ejectors.
  
  
• Water Treatment: Collect and test water samples (pH, hardness) at various process stages.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE protocols. Maintain a clean, debris-free workstation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Technical certificate or Associate’s degree preferred.
  
  
• Experience: 5+ years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  
  
• Technical Skills: * Proficient in reading schematics (Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic).
  
  
  • Experience with low-pressure boilers, air compressors, and vacuum pumps.
    
    
  • Familiarity with MRP/ERP work order systems.
