You’ll be joining a tight-knit team of six expert Swiss Machinists managing a high-tech 22-machine center. Whether you are a Swiss specialist or a CNC pro ready to pivot, we provide the sophisticated equipment—including 2015 and 2019 Tsugami models—to help you do your best work.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Setup: Study blueprints and job routers to determine requirements for materials and tooling.
- Tooling & Programming: Select cutting tools and program controls to set speeds, depths, and feed rates using Fanuc G/M Code.
- Quality Control: Inspect setup parts using calipers and micrometers to verify conformance with specifications and send samples to inspection.
- Monitoring: Adjust machine controls and tool settings to keep dimensions within specified tolerances.
- Finishing & Documentation: Clean parts for shipping and update work routers to improve re-order efficiency.
- Maintenance: Keep equipment and work areas clean while performing preventative maintenance.
- Technical Experience: Proven background in CNC programming and machining. While Swiss experience is a plus, we value general machining excellence and a willingness to learn our specific systems.
- Software & Code: Proficiency in Fanuc G/M Code, PartMaker, and GibbsCAM.
- Mathematics: Proficiency in adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry, algebra, and trigonometry.
- Technical Reading: Ability to read blueprints and understand geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T) systems.
- Measurement: Expert use of measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers.

- Advanced Tech: Experience with Automation, Robotics, or Omron machines is a significant plus.
