The CNC Machinist is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) mills and lathes. You will produce high-precision components used in hydraulic systems, aerospace, or industrial applications, ensuring all parts meet strict dimensional specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Safely and efficiently operate CNC machining equipment
- Read, interpret, and follow engineering prints and work instructions
- Set up machines and perform changeovers for different part numbers
- Change tooling, touch off tools, and adjust offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy
- Operate machines productively to meet or exceed established cycle time and quality standards
- Load raw material and unload finished parts
- Perform manual deburring as required
- Conduct in-process inspections and verify parts meet specifications using measuring devices
- Complete daily machine upkeep and preventive maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
