We are seeking a disciplined Quality & Safety Lead for our Opa-locka manufacturing facility to oversee a team of managers and ensure operational excellence across our paper and packaging production lines. Operating on a Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM schedule, you will be responsible for driving team accountability, maintaining rigorous quality standards, and ensuring full OSHA compliance through meticulous documentation and reporting. While we don’t require a safety scholar, we do need a hands-on leader with a solid background in manufacturing who can mentor staff, audit safety protocols, and keep our facility running smoothly and safely.  Apply Here!

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of managers, ensuring they are consistently reporting, filing, and maintaining production documentation.
  
  
• Safety Oversight: Serve as the primary point of contact for OSHA standards; conduct regular floor walks to identify risks and ensure the team is following safety protocols.
  
  
• Quality Control: Monitor production outputs for our paper and packaging lines to ensure they meet client specifications and internal quality benchmarks.
  
  
• Documentation Management: Audit internal records to ensure all quality checks and safety incidents are recorded accurately and filed on time.
  
  
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the reporting process and implement streamlined solutions for the management team.
