Responsibilities
Your Role & Responsibilities
You will be the hands-on expert responsible for preparing and assembling premium door systems. Your day-to-day will include:
- Glass & Mirror Work: Precision cutting and polishing of glass and mirror components. (Experience with notch-hole cutting is a huge plus!)
- System Assembly: Building Herculite doors from the ground up. Familiarity with specific door hardware and components will set you apart.
- Multi-Material Fabrication: Cutting wood inserts to fit metal frames and customizing metal extrusions from suppliers to meet project specs.
- Logistics: Operating a sit-down forklift to move materials safely throughout the shop.
- The "Fabricator" Mindset: You are a builder. You understand how parts fit together and have a sharp eye for measurement.
- Equipment Mastery: You must be proficient and comfortable operating a sit-down forklift.
- Material Versatility: Experience working with glass, wood, and metal.
- Note on Welding: This is a fabrication-focused role. While we appreciate your technical skills, this position does not involve welding.
- Reliability: You appreciate a steady 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM shift and show up ready to craft quality products.
