Responsibilities
- Shipping Systems: Daily operation of UPS WorldShip and other carrier platforms to process labels, schedule pickups, and manage international documentation.
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate accurate customer invoices upon shipment and ensure all billing details align with sales orders.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels within the Warehouse Management System (WMS), perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
