Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance & Technical Support
- General Repairs: Execute a wide range of "handyman" tasks including wall patching, painting, and general carpentry to keep facilities in top condition.
- Basic MEP Tasks: Perform essential electrical and plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing light fixtures or ballasts.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular walkthroughs of all three buildings and grounds to identify safety concerns or required maintenance.
- Preventative Care: Manage routine maintenance schedules for building equipment to ensure long-term operational efficiency.
- Multi-Site Mobility: Effectively manage your time while moving between three assigned buildings using the provided company vehicle.
- Vendor Oversight: Coordinate and supervise third-party contractors for specialized repairs (HVAC, elevators, or major electrical work).
- Emergency Response: Act as the primary point of contact for building emergencies, prioritizing tasks to ensure minimal disruption to tenants.
- Customer Service: Serve as a professional and approachable point of contact for tenants, addressing their maintenance requests and concerns promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of repairs, supply inventory, and work orders across all sites.
