Responsibilities
- Systems Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair production machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Rapid Response: Perform emergency repairs during production runs to minimize downtime and keep the "gears turning."
- Preventative Care: Execute scheduled maintenance programs ($PM$) to extend equipment life and ensure peak performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineers to modify equipment for better efficiency, safety, and output.
- Documentation: Maintain precise logs of repairs, parts usage, and equipment history in our digital tracking system.
