Responsibilities
- Utilize state-of-the-art inspection equipment to perform thorough inspections of medical and aerospace components, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Employ advanced measurement tools such as CMMs, optical comparators, and other precision instruments to verify critical dimensions and tolerances.
- Maintain meticulous inspection records, documenting measurements, deviations, and non-conformities accurately for regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing real-time feedback on quality issues, collaborating on root cause analysis, and contributing to corrective action initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to industry standards, company procedures, and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the quality inspection processes.
