- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production line, specialized (e.g., extrusion) equipment, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair core building infrastructure, including plumbing, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), and electrical systems.
- Quickly diagnose mechanical breakdowns to minimize production interruptions.
- Read and interpret specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide repair tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with inspection requirements.
- Work successfully across any number of indoor or outdoor locations/areas as needed.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance and Repair Technician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Required proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and basic plumbing.
- Mechanical aptitude and demonstrated dexterity.
- Ability to read specifications and blueprints.
- Proven reliability, attention to detail, and a focus on accuracy.
- Must be flexible to work successfully in different environments.
- Ability to pass a full background check and drug screen (required by most clients).

- Maintain and repair industrial machines, mechanical equipment, and facilities.
