- Industry Background: Proven experience working in pharmaceutical packaging or production environments.
- Electrical Mastery: Deep understanding of electrical control systems, circuitry, and PLC logic.
- Mechanical Expertise: proficiency in pneumatic systems, gearboxes, and high-speed moving parts.
- Efficiency: Ability to work independently under pressure to restore production flow during critical breakdowns.

Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical failures on production equipment (pill counters, cappers, induction sealers, and labelers).
- PLC Systems: Perform advanced troubleshooting and monitoring of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to maintain automated line sequences.
- Maintenance & Optimization: Execute rigorous preventive maintenance schedules and recommend equipment upgrades to improve throughput.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all repairs and documentation meet strict pharmaceutical cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety requirements.
