Key Responsibilities
- Setup & Operation: Perform complex setups and operate CNC Lathe and Mill machinery independently.
- Technical Execution: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications to ensure precision.
- Quality Control: Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to maintain strict tolerances.
- Optimization: Adjust offsets and troubleshoot programs to improve cycle times and tool life.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean workspace and perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in CNC Setup (Lathe and/or Mill).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading G-code and understanding complex blueprints.
- Reliability: A consistent work ethic and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate multiple CNC Mills, Lathes, and related equipment to produce parts to exact specifications.
- Modify and optimize machining code to maximize equipment capabilities and performance.
- Accurately record part movement, run time, and material usage in the ERP system.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust workflows to maintain throughput and minimize delays.
- Verify part quality by inspecting components against prints and precision tolerances.
- Adjust tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters as needed to ensure consistent results.
- Troubleshoot machining issues promptly to prevent defects and minimize downtime.
- Document quality findings and communicate issues proactively to support corrective action efforts.
