Responsibilities
- Maintain safety compliance and 5S metrics.
- Lead machine set-ups and changeovers and report results by job.
- Meet throughput targets and defined quality performamce objectives.
- Measure and report throughput, quality and scrap.
- Lead, teach and coach competetive and Core Value centered operational behaviors.
- Review operational execution during shift by asset to ensure strategic compliance.
- Maximize human asset capacity and utilization.
- Assist Execution Specialist with skill development training.
- Lead preventive maintenance initiatives and recommend process improvements.
- Lead production trial execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure timely strategic comunication and results.
