- Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Machinist (Set-up and Operator).
- Technical Proficiency: ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Precision: Expert use of precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Aptitude: Solid understanding of shop math and G-code basics.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Machine Operation & Setup: Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines; select, mount, and remove tooling and fixtures.
- Quality Control: Perform visual and dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and dial indicators to ensure tolerances are met.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, G-code, and technical process sheets.
- Maintenance: Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Documentation: Accurately record production data, measurements, and any non-conformities.
