Randstad is looking for an experienced traveling project superintendent who will be responsible for on-site execution of assigned projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This includes managing all daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Projects will be throughout the Southeast and travel to these areas will be required. 

salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day on-site operations for projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, schedules, and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Coordinate all on-site activities, managing resources, and resolving any fieldrelated issues.
• Possess extensive experience in wood framing, including accurate material takeoffs and efficient installation techniques.
• Demonstrated experience with structural and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations, including coordinating subcontractors and ensuring proper installation and testing.
• Utilize Procore for daily reporting, meticulously tracking all manpower, materials, equipment, progress, safety incidents, photos, and other relevant project information.
• Establish and maintain relationships with all shareholders, coordinating activities to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring quality of work and adherence to schedules and contracts.
