We are seeking a customer service and materials manager to work in Milledgeville, GA.  The qualified candidate will work with the facility Plant Manager to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction and inventory management.  Process, through to completion, all customer orders, schedule production based on customer requirements, and order raw materials and plant supplies based on customer orders and factory needs.   Candidate must have previous supervisory experience  

salary: $21 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  Perform Inventory management in a manner that minimizes costs and maximizes inventory turnover.
  Investigate Inventory discrepancies to determine root causes. Corrective actions will be implemented.
 Minimize excess and/or obsolete inventory.
 Conduct inventory adjustments as necessary to ensure the database system aligns with actual inventory.
 Coordinate with Corporate Quality and Procurement to track supplier performance.
 Coordinate logistics for both suppliers and customers. 
 Work directly with both suppliers and customers to ensure clear communication flows through the supply chain.
 Ensure all customer orders ship complete and on time.
 Other duties as assigned.
