Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) and emergency repairs on injection molding machines (hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems).
  
  
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, including robots, material blenders, chillers, and drying systems.
  
  
• Set up, tear down, and modify production molds and auxiliary equipment to meet strict production schedules.
  
  
• Respond promptly to floor calls to minimize production downtime and optimize cycle times.
  
  
• Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history in the company’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
