Position Overview As a Cable Harness Assembler, you will play a critical role in our production line, transforming blueprints and schematics into high-performance cable assemblies and wire harnesses. This isn't just an assembly line job; it requires a true technician who understands the nuances of precision crimping, stripping, and high-quality soldering.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Assembly: Build complex wire harnesses and cable assemblies according to technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  
  
• Wire Preparation: Expertly cut, strip, and prepare wires of various gauges without damaging conductors.
  
  
• Crimping & Termination: Apply terminals and contacts to wires using hand tools, pneumatic crimpers, and automated machinery, ensuring meet-spec retention.
  
  
• High-Quality Soldering: Perform precise hand-soldering of wires to connectors, terminals, and components, ensuring flawless solder joints.
  
  
• Routing & Looming: Route, tie, and sleeve wires neatly into specified harness configurations.
  
  
• Quality Assurance: Inspect your own work and utilize continuity testers or multimeters to ensure defect-free assemblies before they move to the next stage.
  
  

salary: $20 - $24.99 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Seeking experienced cable harness assemblers with soldering, crimping, and strpping wires into connectors  for cable harnesses.



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends

Soldering (1 year of experience is required)

Electronic Assembling (1 year of experience is required)

Stripping Wires (1 year of experience is required)

Crimping Wires (1 year of experience is required)
