Randstad Healthcare is hiring Medical Assistants for a COVID testing site in Woodside, CA. This will be a contract position to start.
The Medical Assistant collaborates closely with Clinical Laboratory Scientists, Medical Assistants and other administrative staff to ensure site operations are efficient and safe.

Assists customers in monitoring mid-turbinate COVID-19 test
Responsible for the accurate and complete documentation in the accessioning log, lab log, and any other site documentation as delegated by the Lead Medical Assistant and Regional Site Director
Ensures proper and complete patient identification on requisitions and specimens
Responsible for specimen labeling and preparation for laboratory analysis
Performs clerical duties necessary for specimen processing, e.g. filing or scanning paperwork
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA) and/or combination of relevant experience and qualifications based on site needs and state requirements. Phlebotomists without MA experience/certification are also eligible for this role.
M-F 930am-530pm (subject to change)
Staff will only be expected to work at one site per day but will work at 2-3 different locations throughout the week.
Pay Rate: $25/hr
