Will provide O365 support for a Device Migration from a Hybrid Sync Tenant to a Cloud Tenant

responsibilities:
- Assist users during the Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) process; provide assurance and guidance for any setup failures.
- Help users rebuild Single Sign-On (SSO) caches for commonly used company web resources.
- Support sign-in and registration for Microsoft Office applications/ SSO Enterprise Webapps.
- Direct users to the correct URLs and help re-establish bookmarks/favorites if they were lost.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 support through ServiceNow.
- Ensure users are guided to submit tickets properly when necessary.
qualifications:
Clear communicator with strong customer service skills
Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting
Comfortable guiding users through account sign-in and navigation
Available to support users during migration window
Certificates (nice to have - but not required):
CompTIA A+
Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
Good for understanding the basics of Microsoft cloud services, including Office apps and identity management (like SSO).
CompTIA Security+
Familiarity with ServiceNow
