responsibilities:
· Creates and analyzes financial statements and other financial documents or data to aide management in decision making process.

· Responsible to complete analysis in one or more of the following areas:

o Cost analysis, profitability, pricing, valuation, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling or reconciliation utilizing related analytical tools and procedures.

· Responsible for financial analysis of business transactions and planning cycle activities.

· Prepares short and long term financial planning reports of the key performance indicators, ad hoc analysis reports, economic valuations and cost benefit information

· Other duties assigned

 
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

- 8+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgets or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications

- Employs expert knowledge of financial analysis practices, principles, applications and analysis methods.

- Ability to develop financial forecasting models ideally using modern AI powered tools and capabilities such as CoPlanner Optimizer, Pigment AI Planning Assitant, Datarails FP&A tool.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to prepare oral and written reports

- Ability to work in a heavily deadline oriented environment

- Ability to work individually and as part of a team

- Ability to identify, research, coordinate and resolve issues

- Must be organized, detail- oriented, and able to multi-task

- Works effectively with co-works and both internal and external customers.

- Excellent computer skills (Excel, word, PowerPoint, Access)

- May function as a team lead
