We are seeking an experienced, functional Project Manager to join our Strategic Sourcing team onsite in Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY, or Nashville, TN. This role will lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing initiatives across Center of Excellence (COE) and Technology categories, partnering with senior leadership and C-suite executives to drive business transformation, cost savings, and operational excellence.

responsibilities:
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across COE and Technology categories, managing projects from opportunity identification through contract execution.
- Collaborate and build consensus with senior leaders, C-suite executives, and business unit heads across finance, legal, and operations.
- Analyze complex financial and procurement data sets to generate actionable insights, value-driven recommendations, and cost-reduction models.
- Evaluate and implement creative applications of technology and AI tools to streamline procurement workflows and transformation processes.
- Mitigate supply base risk and enforce supplier governance, compliance, and performance management standards.
- Manage multiple concurrent strategic sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing high-level strategy with operational execution.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain project management.
Strong background in category management, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management (specifically within Tech/COE).
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and C-suite executives within complex, matrixed corporate environments.
Ability to work 100% onsite (Monday through Friday) in Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY, or Nashville, TN.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Finance.
Experience leveraging AI and technology tools to transform procurement workflows.
Strong track record of driving cross-functional change and continuous improvement in procurement practices.
