Randstad Technologies is looking for an experienced technical professional with subject matter expertise and consulting experience for a leadership role in our organization.
This is an internal role with Randstad's Solutions organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building and delivering technical solutions. This role is responsible for providing support to engagements with a focus on building the teams responsible for delivering the work.

This is a consulting role requiring strong subject matter expertise and consulting acumen. As a Sr Consultant, you will not be leading or managing a single team of developers but will instead be working with multiple clients to help build testing teams and provide governance and oversight as needed.
The Sr. Consultant is expected to lead by example while maintaining a client focus with job responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
Conduct interviews of resources to validate technical proficiency and make recommendations to client hiring managers.
Working with Randstad sales, delivery, and recruiting organizations to evaluate and recommend qualified resources for our clients by conducting technical screenings.
Routinely meeting with the project team and client technical leadership to maintain relationships and foster a culture of Continuous Service Improvement.
Providing thought leadership on technology trends related to web application development and assist technical team members and the broader Randstad organization as needed.
Following Randstad technical standards developed by the Technology, Architecture and Governance team
Using your strong consultative, listening, communications, and analytical skills to meet client's needs
Supporting both Randstad and clients company culture and ensuring timely communication up and down the organization
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in related roles on software development teams with a focus on team onboarding.
2+ years of experience in a consulting/leadership role providing guidance, mentoring, and training to junior resources.
Expert knowledge of how to deliver Software Testing within Agile Scrum and/or Kanban environments
Hands-on experience in supporting existing applications, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate with business and non-technical client resources
Working knowledge of either React or Angular or Vue
Working knowledge of REST API development within .NET or NodeJS (or similar)
Proficient with SQL
DESIRED SKILLS & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience delivering custom web application development in a consulting or professional services environment is strongly desired
Experience using CI/CD with DevOps automation is a plus.
Experience using Jira and Confluence or similar tools to support testing in an agile environment
Exposure to JavaScript, Python, and other scripting languages
Some experience writing simple SQL queries to support QA test efforts
