- Two plus (2+) years of experience working in Quality Assurance in a GMP regulated industry and good working knowledge of FDA medical device regulations
- Ability to deal with diverse groups such as customers, health care professionals, vendors, and regulatory auditors with a high level of professionalism and under adverse or stressful circumstances
- Effective writing and communication skills.

responsibilities:
Support Field Corrective Action (recall) activities
- Monitor, track and document status of Field Corrective Actions on a daily basis. Provide updates on the Field Corrective Actions as needed.
- Follow up with customers/health care providers, sales reps and other internal employees to gather information related to Field Corrective Actions
- Review documentation to ensure compliance with ZEISS and regulatory requirements
