Built on 30 years of expertise, the Baltimore branch of Randstad Technologies has provided specialized recruiting services to a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to high potential, sub-founder level startups and established small business.
In this role, you would be joining one of the fastest growing FinTech startups in the US. This is a well capitalized, modern style startup, maturing and beating mile stones at a breakneck pace.
It can sometimes be difficult for wide/remote tech companies to promote and cultivate the meaningful employee interactions that ultimately create the desirable culture so many of us seek. In fact, that is this company's forte.
Developers here benefit from a challenging and engaging training regime, designed to help each new hire gain command of the component architecture and quickly integrate into day-to-day engineering efforts. Here, the experienced engineering Directors and Team Leads evangelize and promote best practices, and at the same time, balance the pursuit of excellence with empathy and understanding as new business needs and constraints emerge and evolve.
Feedback from the more than dozen technologists we have placed into staff here has been effusive. Plus, the mission isn't so bad either.
