job summary: Pension 401k Match Almost 4 weeks paid off (holiday, personal, sick, vacation) IT PM with budget and finance operational experience Overview The IT Business Operations Manager has the responsibility for the oversight and management of all Enterprise IT financial management processes and Enterprise business continuity in partnership with data center disaster recovery plans. Oversees the Enterprise IT financial management processes including annual planning, operating and capital budget development, monthly forecast and variance analysis, project portfolio budget analysis, and financial metrics and reporting. In addition, the manager oversees the general vendor management practices related to ensuring a fully executed vendor Statement of Work, purchase order, invoice approval process, and expense tracking and reporting processes are in place and audited. Responsibilities Provides leadership in coordinating, assessing, developing and communicating recovery environment requirements and contingency plans associated with the enterprise divisions to protect the organization in the event that resources are unavailable due to an unforeseen disruption.Develop and present the Enterprise IT budget based on the IT Strategic Plan, IT Operating Plan, and new business initiatives approved by the Enterprise Officers. Includes the IT Management Fee for affiliates.Responsible for daily and month-end accounting procedures for managing the IT Operating budget and Capital budget, monitoring P&L activity (management fees, internal capital salary, reclasses, etc.), and developing budget forecasts, variance analysis, and financial reporting.Provide insight on IT spending trends, analyze cost-savings initiatives, and make financial recommendations.Support IT functional area Directors in the implementation of financial and operational performance metrics, development of ongoing measurement, tracking performance versus expectations, and recommendations for correction.Develop Enterprise IT level and IT functional area level financial reports. Interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending required courses of action.Maintain the financial health of the IT organization.Support the business project reprioritization processes by analyzing and reporting the overall impact to the budget.Working with the IT Leadership Team and managers, establish and execute plans to address operational challenges within and across IT functional areas, and support the development, implementation, and measurement of solutions, ensuring solutions address root causes and result in efficient and effective solutions. Qualifications Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience.
