job summary: Randstad Technologies is seeking an experienced Java Application Developer II for an exciting opportunity in Lenexa, KS. This position will be responsible for working with clients, vendors, users, and IS team members on projects to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality solutions that align with business and IT strategies are in compliance with the organization's architectural standards. They will provide support in the full systems life cycle for multiple applications to ensure application software is delivered on time and within budget.   location: Lenexa, Kansas job type: Permanent salary: $95,000 - 100,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors   responsibilities: Perform and excel at duties of Application Developer I and II.May work on both projects and break/fix tickets. Assignments may be solo or as part of a project team.Create high-quality designs, source code, and unit tests within the guidelines and standards of the company, utilizing industry best practices.Justify decisions and achieve peer consent.Gather and verify technical requirements.Author and audit technical designs for features and modules.Iterate and improve upon stable domain technology.Identify feature and module dependencies and critical path.
