Responsibilities:cript Work with our Global and North American teams, collect and define business requirements for the s (TekWave), Client Portal and SSE.Manage application development life cycle, support testing efforts, technology infrastructure/project management and development of required technical solution documentation.Lead management of multiple application testing and production instances, including integration with Oracle Cloud and Infor EMS, creating necessary supporting technical architecture documentation.Lead team in requirement gathering, functional & technical documentation, system configuration, system testing, deployment and post-go live support.Partner with team in designing and developing test plans, test cases, and test automation framework.Manage Change Management and Defect Management for applications creating supporting technical and analytical documentation. Collaborate with team in identifying risks and forming contingency plans. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of the systems including integrated applications.Additional duties as assigned by management. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field plus three (3) to five (5) years of related experience in application design, testing, implementation, control and maintenance or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform essential functional of the job, as determined by the companyDemonstrated knowledge of application life cycle management Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing): Experience in using an application planning, development, delivery, and operations tool (e.g., Azure Dev Ops).Experience with change request management processes and producing necessary support documentation.
