- Accesses multiple systems to capture all service/utilization data and provide courtesy statement to requesters.
- Prepares documentation packet utilizing checklist to make sure all systems were accessed for the request.
- Access database to input member information. (i.e. demographics, injury related information, etc.)
- Scan and save documentation.
