We are looking for a HealthCare Business Anylast to add to our team.
This candidate should have experience with Client Implementations and integrations in the Healthcare domain. They should have Experience doing data analysis and leveraging SQL server to navigate through tables to research, test and analyze data.

responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis.
- Experience writing basic SQL queries (or similar tool) and understanding what it means to track data moving through systems (has worked directly with data- not just via reports).
- Healthcare experience required
- Experience with Technical Healthcare Data Integration (EDI, etc) and data analysis
- Ability to Identify problems analytically, identifies effective and efficient solutions for complex problems and looks beyond the obvious and uses critical thinking to drive superior results.
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills aimed at influencing outcomes
- strong facilitation and negotiation skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Proven experience significantly contributing to product solutioning

- Desired:
- Knowledge of HL7 or other industry standards such as 834's, etc used for healthcare data exchange.
- Salesforce Health Cloud exp. a strong plus

- Portal / cloud solution experience
- Experience with Big Data

- Understands the healthcare domain in areas of home health care and translates that knowledge to product vision
