Summary of Responsibilities:
Supports business operations by analyzing requirements. Assesses current practices, collects information and analyzes industry trends to determine organizational objectives. Creates specifications from which solutions will be designed. Helps design new solutions by analyzing clients' requirements. Make recommendations and improves system by studying the products. Prepares reports by analyzing and summarizing the information and trends. Responsible for providing guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems. May have quality assurance responsibilities as well. Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems, and engages higher-level staff on only the most complex issues as necessary. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Provides coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
