Responsibilities:
Partner with project leads from business and digital organization to define operational definition of "No Rep Model" for self-service and assess where there may be gaps in the current operating model, as well as with the agreed future-state roadmap(s)
Identify where the operating model may require modification to support function-specific requirements; market-specific regulations; and/or business imperatives
Prioritize existing and new initiatives to enable "No Rep Model" for self-service
Establish cross-functional/cross-market governance and communications forum to accelerate rapid decision-making
Develop appropriate program charters and outline cross-functional projects
Develop appropriate timelines with quick wins and long term roadmaps and manage to their execution
Build appropriate project plans, risk registers and progress reports / dashboards
Coordinate interdependencies across all functions
Navigate difficult situations and challenges, independently applying sound program and portfolio management principles to develop resolution plans expeditiously.
Allocate budgets and resources appropriately
Provide governance
Lead teams through program and project planning
Facilitate workshops focused on portfolio and program definition and alignment
Drive execution and proactively manage risk
Kick start the program, get it stood up, operationalize it and then back off into portfolio manager role
Experience:
Must have commercial / digital experience
Must have biotech experience
7+ years program / portfolio management experience
Experience leading cross-functional omnichannel, CRM, digital commerce
Agile delivery experience
Proven ability to apply design thinking framework and customer centric vision
Proven ability to focus on outcomes, adapt
Prefer prior exposure to data related to medical affairs, regulatory requirements
Prefer experience defining / implementing portfolio management standards, governance, decision authority, roles / responsibilities, etc
