Description:
- Help define operating model for Global Finance Data, Analytics and Reporting Technology
- Work with Senior Leadership Team to define, organize and org-wide portfolio and agile process
- Establish governance routines, create and maintain program and project artifacts, including, but not limited to: Overall program project plan, ongoing status reports (4-blockers), issues logs, change management log, status report decks, budget tracking, project milestone tracking, and project charters.
- Communicate and influence to drive results-oriented solutions
- Partner across the organization to eliminate potential roadblocks to success
- Conduct in depth analysis and work with executive stakeholders to drive change
- Support specific workstream project/change routines

- 10+ years of programs/project management
- Experience defining, organizing, managing major programs and organizations

- Willingness to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi task and properly prioritize multiple projects
- Project Management Professional Certification
- Experience in a Financial Institution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of Wholesale Finance
- Experience with credit platforms
- Knowledge of Data Governance best practices
