Randstad is partnering with a large medical device company to find a contract Recruiter. This role is responsible for consulting with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop talent acquisition strategies to source, attract and hire best-in-class talent. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience of recruiting in a fast paced environment and experience using an ATS (Workday preferred) and interviewing platform (ModernHire preferred).

responsibilities:
-Partner with HR and the hiring managers to develop creative recruitment strategies for open positions and in anticipation of future workforce planning needs
-Support the development of TA programs and identify recommendations to continuously improve the recruitment processes and tools to ensure optimal performance
-Plan and execute successful recruitment events supporting targeted needs of the organization (career fairs, realistic job previews, etc.)
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
-Ensure all postings follow consistent practices
