The position will report to the VP, Project Management Office, and Process Management and work closely with all service lines to become a data expert and provide data in response to one-time and recurring requests for data extracts and reports.

Core Responsibilities
- Support development and integration testing for enhancements, new products/services, and new technology applications.
- Monitor data quality and take corrective action; automate data quality monitoring and improve auditing capabilities.
- Collaborate with all service lines to design, implement, and deliver reporting and advanced analytics to drive business performance.
- Build reporting and analytics to support sales activity while providing recommendations to improve the sales process
- Ensure stored data is easily accessible to internal and external teams
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information from staff in a timely manner
- Work closely with leadership teams to create data strategies that support data modeling
- Assist in creating a strategy that helps to increase the company's customer base
- Identify opportunities to work cross-functionally
- Build influential internal relationships to help ensure business objectives are being met
- Ensure the Team delivers a high-quality, scalable, and maintainable product.
- Plan, execute, and oversee the incoming and outgoing data testing to confirm accuracy and conformance to specifications.
- Track, document, and report quality levels.
- Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure documentation, inspection, and resolution of complaints.
- Analyze and investigate product complaints/issues to ensure closure by company requirements.
- Provide training and support to the business and operations team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
- Build in-depth product knowledge to identify product improvement opportunities
- Travel as needed for in person meetings with regulators, examinations and attend conferences.
- A degree in one of the following subjects is beneficial and preferred in developing a successful career in data analysis: Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or Economics
- Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases
- Experience utilizing Domo analytics platform and Domo Business Cloud preferred
- Experience in data models and reporting packages
- Ability to analyze large datasets
- Attention to detail
- Experience with Azure cloud environment preferred but not required.
