Our client has an immediate long term consulting opportunity for a Level 1 Mobile Device Management/Telecom technician to help deploy and track iPhones iPads and desk phones.
The candidate will be responsible for daily iphone replacement, and setting up new iPhone users. Will be responsible for Cisco Level 1 telecom deployments and terminations as well as Cisco Webex support.

The candidate will be responsible for creating the daily Executive metrics report which keeps track of all Service Now tickets generated and worked on the day prior.
Will be deploying corporate desk phones and providing daily iphone, ipad and mobile phone support and troubleshooting. Heavy troubleshooting and deployment of desk phones.
Responsible for creating documentation for run books, logging tickets, inventory management for executive support and inventory store room.
Daily tasks include provisioning desk phones for new hires and processing separations.
Provide quality control for new and replacement laptops, iPhones and iPads, performing daily conference room A/V checks,
Will support executive support administrative assistants and provide daily check ins with the assistants to handle all IT and phone issues.
Experience with asset management in an IT department, keeping tracking of multiple devices.
Provide extensive updates to Service Now tickets as well as generate summary reports and checklists
Extensive experience with a mobile device management platform and any Cisco Webex experience is desireable.
Responsible for scheduling Zoom meetings for executives.
Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail as well as detailed oriented.
