Assignment Details
This is a multi year Implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud. The selected candidate would have the following responsibilities
-Design and implement solutions to address complex security requirements.
-Develop custom Security profiles by leveraging delivered security roles to support the security requirements.
-Implement Reporting Security to align with Application security.
-Create and maintain security configuration documents, security strategy and Gap analysis documents.
-Develop and test custom developed roles by creating and executing functional testing scenarios
-This is primarily a functional role

Skills & Requirements
Required Experience
-Must have minimum of 3-5 full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud.
-10+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions.
-Must have hands on experience in implementing HCM SaaS applications.
-Must have extensive knowledge of Security configuration using Security profiles and Role Customizations in Oracle HCM Cloud.
-Must be an expert in developing Areas of Responsibility (AOR).
-Must be an expert in setting up Employee, manager, administrator, analyst and specialist roles
-Must be experienced with sand box Customizations using HCM Design Studio and Page Composer.
-Must be experienced with Oracle Advance Security Controls and managing security audits and segregation of duties
-Must have expert knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management and Other HCM modules.
The following are not required for this position but would be considered as a valuable asset in a potential candidate.
-Candidate local to NY/NJ area is preferred.
