Position Overview
As a member of the SYNC team you collaborate and implement complex components through partnership with a highly capable Engineering and UX team. You will influence our success as you introduce, promote and evolve development best practices that produces a library that is a joy to use, while being highly performant and scalable. You will also be responsible for contributing to architecture and tooling decisions, by following emerging trends and innovative technologies.
Project Overview
SYNC is our Design System, providing a common look-and-feel to all software products, along with providing accelerated development to consuming teams. Our team uses the latest version of Angular (11) and our development environment leverages the latest AWS DevOps technology in CI/CD and automated testing. Coupled with a well-tuned Agile process, you will be focused on rapidly building fit-for-purpose Angular components.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years' experience delivering applications in modern JavaScript Framework (Angular preferred. React, Vue).
- TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML knowledge to produce cross-browser compatible code.
- Prefer experience in writing automated tests in Jasmine/Karma.
- working experience with GIT.
- Ability to perform in an Agile team environment.
- Ability to collaborate on a cross-functional team.
- Experience building Angular components.
- Experience partnering with UX designers.
- DevOps experience in CI/CD.
- Public Cloud experience (AWS preferred).
