What you'll do
- Research, identify, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to software and hardware issues
- Software and hardware administration such as account setup, user on- and offboarding, computer- and device management
- Prioritise and manage several open issues
- Improve the everyday experience of IT by friction fighting for all our employees
- Delivering first class IT support locally to our New York office, and as part of the global IT support team
- Improve internal efficiency and user experience by constantly questioning the ways of working and chosen end user IT solutions
- Spread, create and iterate on best practises
- Support on- and offboarding of new and departing employees
- 5+ years experience in a technical support role
- Experience with setup and configuration of end-users computer hardware, software and devices
- Experience problem-solving technologically complex issues
- Experience with supporting IT cloud based infrastructure and other projects such as office relocations and expansions
- True service minded always ready to go the extra mile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users
- Experience working with Windows, MacOS and iOS
- Approachable with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
