Deliverables/Tasks
1) Triage new requests for high?level estimates of effort;
2) Identify areas of code impacted by new requests;
3) Recommend appropriate Application Development teams to work tickets (update application lifecycle management (ALM), work with Release Manager and Change Advisory Board (CAB) Coordinator to channel ticket(s) to appropriate team);
4) Conduct code reviews as requested;
5) Provide guidance on Cross?Functional Work (major enhancements/fixes);
6) Create design specifications for large enhancements and projects;
7) Conduct design reviews for smaller enhancements and large fixes;
8) Participate as a member of the Enterprise Architecture Board;
9) Set standards and best practices for Applications Development team;
10) Perform other duties as required; and
11) Provide support to Issues and Adjudication framework, appeals, State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES), batches, correspondences, fact finding templates, and claims processes.
Qualifications and Performance Criteria
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
1) Minimum of 3 years of experience with Cloud based systems;
2) At least one (1) application migration project to Cloud based services;
3) Minimum of 5 years of experience with C# software development;
4) Minimum of 5 years of experience with relational databases;
5) Minimum of 2 years of experience with relevant architecture;
6) Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications systems design and integration;
7) Understanding of N?Tier Architecture;
8) Understanding of business logic and workflows within a database as impacted by new technical issues/requests;
9) Understanding of objective resolutions impacting different areas of a database due to new technical issues/requests
10) Experience with .Net 3.5 or later;
11) Experience as a team member on a team of five (5+) developers;
12) Minimum of 2 years of experience with Agile Development Methodology;
13) Experience with ASP.Net;
14) Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 or later;
15) Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Azure DevOps;
16) Experience with ANSI SQL (Oracle 12g, or SQL Server);
17) Experience with Crystal Reports;
18) Experience with Object?Relational Mapping (ORM) software, such as LLBL Gen;
19) Experience with Web Services (WSDL, SOAP or WCF);
20) Scrum Experience;
21) Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF);
22) Experience with Service?Oriented Architecture (web services) and API;
23) Experience with Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF); and
24) Experience with UC4 and IBM FileNet.
