- Oversee a small team reviewing work and day to day management

Experience - At least 10 years UX/UI experience with at least 6 years leading a team
Education - Bachelor's Degree Interactive Design, UI/UX Design or equivalent work experience, Master's Degree a plus
- Experience in designing creative and vibrant B2B user experiences
- Experience in Cloud, SaaS, and technology platform experience design
- Experience working in finance/Fintech/Regtech and/or with product development
- Agile concepts / Jira use background
- Takes ownership and successfully executes through all stages of creative development on target, on time and on budget
- Understands/respects the client's design needs and methodology
- A portfolio that demonstrates not only your stellar designs, processes, and thinking but tells the story of how you were integral to the overall design process
- An intimate knowledge of industry tools, and solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation

- Expertise in standard product design software such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, InVision or equivalent is a must.
