Principal Responsibilities
This position encompasses core GMA responsibilities that span across:
Digital Systems & Platforms
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications for key digital initiatives.
Establish processes with functional leads to sustainably maintain data gathering, including connectivity with established tools to minimize manual burden
User acceptance testing and story board building for digital enablement efforts across GMA
Manage multiple projects focused on systems and data across GMA
Support with SOP and risk assessments
GMA support
Coordination and contribution to internal GMA meetings that are well planned, agenda driven, professionally facilitated, and tracked through formal notes and action items
Create documentation, training, quality checks on processes, compliance review, and drafting communications for key audiences including the senior leadership team and cross-functional working team(s)
Support product management work
Qualifications
Required
- 1+ years of experience developing platforms/systems/processes
- 2+ years of project management with matrixed stakeholders
- 1+ years of analytics and reporting
- Experience with building CRM, BI, and training applications (eg homegrown, Veeva CRM, VeevaVault, Qlik, WalkMe, MindTickle)
- Experience/exposure in healthcare technology development, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders and vendors to design and implement digital solutions
- Ability to design and deliver workshops that engage relevant cross-functional internal teams
- User Acceptance Testing and bug tracking experience
- Demonstrated ability to implement projects on time and on budget
- Critical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Meeting facilitation skills (personal organization, advanced preparation, and follow-up)
- Understanding of medical affairs organizations and their role within biopharma companies and the broader industry strongly preferred
- Has worked in highly regulated industry
- BA/BSc
- Graduate Degree preferred, but not required
