Scope of Work
·Successfully complete Clarabridge CX Studio/Designer training within first month.
·Manage text analytic projects based on business partners requests. This includes generating CX Studio (Clarabridge) dashboards, providing training, delivering insights, etc.
·Contribute to report preparation and effectively communicate findings, actions to be taken and recommendations to senior team members
·Monitors Member interaction through various channels (e.g., mobile, E-mail, call dialogue) and serves as a quantitative and /or qualitative analyst to drive business action in the resolution of identified and/or escalated issues.
·Works with business teams within client to assist with resolution of issues with quick turnaround time
·Effectively communicate findings, actions to be taken and provide recommendations to all levels of management.
·Coordinate, prepare, and deliver training to customers and peers.
·Developing business reports used to align with business and/or operational needs.
·Documentation post category migration.
·Read qualitative feedback to glean granular insights
·Utilize Clarabridge to analyze text-based categories to find sub-themes or trends
·Create reports in CX Studio, Tableau and Microsoft Office suite
·Ad hoc category development utilizing Designer and CX Studio in Clarabridge
·Establish the schedule for business partner meetings to accomplish the requested scope of work
·Document business changing needs in an ongoing cadence
·Obtain Stakeholder/SME approval for dashboards
