This role will function similarly to a coaching/consultant mix, acting as a key contributor, giving expert advice to the team and providing recommendations on new ways of working.

responsibilities:
Managing training and other processes as required by feedback from the team.
-Looking to enhance the delivery process for various products/programs by utilizing SAFe methodologies:
-Mobile App -Foundational
Knowledgeable on SAFe but NOT a SAFe purist.
Digital or eCommerce experience, managing large complex programs or portfolios.
Must feel comfortable playing the Release Train Engineer (RTE) role in PI planning (SAFe)
TECHNICAL SKILLS: Azure DevOps, MS Suite
CERTIFICATIONS: Agile Certified, SAFe Certification strongly preferred (If they are Agile Coach certified with SAFe experience, could be an option); any additional certifications are helpful (Change Management, Project Management, etc)
SOFT SKILLS:
Flexible, Patient, Kind, Coaches who have worked through large transformations in high-pressure situations before
