In this role, you will support our enterprise client's customer experience department, with the goal of improving the overall customer experience and net promoter scores. On a day to day basis, the applications you are building will bring in data and produce a set of web utilities so managers can review performance of customer service agents and document coaching in response to the performance of the agents.
The ideal candidate will be a strong UI developer, who has a passion for various javascript libraries.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5 to 8 years Front end development experience building accessible, cross-platform web sites and web applications
- Experience with at two one JavaScript testing library (Jasmine, Mocha, Chai, Sinon, etc.), one test runner (Karma, Teaspoon, Web Component Tester, etc.) and one Continuous Integration and Deployment tools (AntHill Pro, Jenkins, Travis CI).
- 3 years+ experience developing operational support applications with reporting functions using C#.NET, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, and Web Services.
- Agile development experience
- Experience with Analytics and Big Data (Omniture, Splunk) and DevOps experience are a plus
- Very good knowledge of source control systems (Subversion, Git)
- Experience in caching especially in HTTP compliant caches
Design and develop browser-based data entry screens for internal web applications using an SPA approach with JQuery libraries and Ajax protocols connecting a REST API.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5+ years of web development, using the following tools...
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript/JQuery based libraries (Angular or React preferred)
- strong communication skills.
- Ability to design and build intuitive and function driven user interfaces.
- Working knowledge of MVC concepts
