- Assists instructors and mentors with developing education materials by matching learning outcomes and teaching strategies with technology solutions.
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of a variety of instructional materials and learning aids for use with instructors, mentors, and students.
- Demonstrate the technical features and benefits of our products based on the clients' needs.
- Manage the process of the practical service operations for online skill assessment and online education platform deployment through on-site or remote support.
- Compile and update proposals, reports, or operations instructions related to software platform applications.
- Compile feedback and requests from clients and consult with management and service teams on how to best serve clients.
- Update records of client communications and contact information and maintain clients' confidence by keeping their information confidential.
- A bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of related experiences such as service operations, customer technical support, or online/offline education management.
- Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of applications of our software platforms or similar educational technology systems.
- strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and follow up on leads.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking, attention to details, and client service skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team and make decisions within established goals and guidelines.
- English and Korean is preferrable.
