Summary:
- Individual should be able to analyze, design and support implementation of a Pega 7.x BPM workflow, based on Business requirements and specifications Highly experienced Business and Data Analyst with extensive analytical and business experience and SQL skills. Domain knowledge in Economic Sanctions and broad understanding of AML Compliance domain.
- Candidate should have knowledge or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge and develop expertise of client Economic Sanctions system architecture, data interface specifications, source system data providers, requirements. Will take a lead in coordinating implementation and onboarding activities for new business or BAU changes from Global and Local FLUs.
- Provides guidance to the other team members for Economic Sanctions program initiatives and BAU activities. Will assist with requirements gathering sessions involving multiple LOBs & application teams. Responsible for documenting, formalizing business requirements. Taking ownership and lead on Audit related activities assigned to them from a quality and completeness perspective.
- 10 plus years as a Business Analyst - SQL skills - Experience working on multiple medium to large projects simultaneously, and working closely with the business, technology and vendors - Experienced Agile Team member including story writing and grooming, acceptance criteria development - Executes and participates in design, development, and implementation of Economic Sanctions changes - Past responsibilities working with developers and testers ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately - Participates in ad-hoc exercises which may involve large amounts of data, attention to detail and knowledge of Sanctions Compliance objectives - Coordinate SIT, UAT and Development activities for each of the JIRAs, ensure the deployment
- documentation is complete - Experience in both Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies - Excellent partnership/collaboration and verbal/written communication skills - Excel and PowerPoint skills and Visio and MS Word - Adept at problem solving
- Knowledge of Financial Crimes Technology applications - Bachelor in Computer Science or related field - Experience with Horizon JIRA tool - Risk management and control experience
- Hands on experience with software deliverables
