We are looking for a producer that speaks the language of creative. Someone who is driven, thinks critically, is accountable, empathetic, resourceful, takes initiative and has great interpersonal skills. It is crucial for this role to have strong relationships with the immediate functions on our Content Creation team wider team, as well as our cross-functional partners; primarily our Experience Strategy team, Site Creative team, and Brand team. The candidate will need to be proficient in the creative production and photography community, have production and art buying experience, and a high level of project management experience

responsibilities:
Facilitate collaboration between internal and external creative partners. - You will schedule and attend asset review meetings and vet feedback for the creative crew and make sure teams are aligned and we have a clear path forward. - Communicate obstacles and improvement opportunities - Create and manage timelines for photography, copy and design, and manage deadlines for creative assets. Define scopes of work, manage project trajectories, and manage budget to complete on time and within budget. - Track stakeholder feedback - Implement partnerships with external agencies & creatives, working through all contract management with legal and finance. - Develop and refine effective workflow processes, scheduling strategies, and communication models. - Communicate obstacles and improvement opportunities. - Supervise flow and quality of information into the creative team. Partner with project management on system integration and incorporating new processes, tools and workflow systems. - Attend weekly meetings with development, production and the strategy teams. - Work with Sr Manger, Creative Operations to develop, maintain, communicate and train internal teams and external resources/teams on brand standards. - Maintain understanding of all aspects of brand standards, design and production process. - Manage communication issues between business partners, creative operations managers and project managers.
