responsibilities:
As the Team Lead (TL), you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and overseeing the day-to-day operations and supervision of the Contact Center Specialists. Ensuring that the team provides excellent service to all of our supported customers when dealing with and resolving various service inquiries. The role is a very customer and team-focused role where the TL will be expected to handle and resolve customer queries and undertake the day-to-day management aspects that the position requires. Will assist with the standardization of services and procedures along with streamlining any discovered inefficiencies. This TL will play a key role in the continued improvement and development of the team.
Tasks for the Team Leader include: Scheduling and assigning tasks, establishing procedures, and providing instruction. Reviewing tasks with team members upon completion. Performing HR tasks, including assisting the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) with scheduling, tracking attendance, and counseling team members. Maintaining communication between the team members and the client. Identifying strategies to achieve organizational goals and improve the skills of team members. Additionally, he/she oversees regular reporting, promotional development, and process updates.
The ideal candidate will be able to encourage effective team working by seeking input from team members. The candidate will support the team, technically and operationally, in achieving continuous improvement by encouraging ideas and recommendations for procedural, operational, and system improvements. Candidates must possess interpersonal, troubleshooting, critical thinking, time management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
