Description:
- The Fraud Technology team is looking for a mid to senior level Scrum Master/Business Analyst. Requirements include 4-8 years of experience (preferably in the financial industry), with a minimum of 3 years of experience with the agile methodology.
- As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, enabling continuous improvement within the team.
- This role ensures the impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows their agreed-to processes, and that there is a good relationship between the business and the development teams. You will act as an Agile Coach, promoting and coaching the Agile mindset and principles, empowering the team to become self-managing and fulfill their cross-functional potential. This role is also responsible for working cross different development teams and managing releases into different environments including production.
- You will be responsible for ensuring there is a full traceability from requirements to implementation to testing to production releases and post-production validation. Candidates must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills to engage and influence teams across multiple organizations.
- 4-8 years' experience as a scrum master/business analyst
- 3+ years as a scrum master
- Experience with Agile delivery tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, ALM for requirements and SDLC, knowledge sharing and documentation of requirements, and issue tracking
- Experience leading agile development teams comprised of developers, analysts, product owners, testers
- Hands on knowledge of the agile process and ceremonies including iteration planning, sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, PI planning sessions, retrospectives etc.
